Positive: Excellent customer service. Special thanks to Parsa- very attentive and professional. Excellent location, close to metro and buses, easy access to other parts of the city. The price is very good, and it includes breakfast(very good eggs and soup:)

Negative: The rooms need renovation, but I realise that then I would have to pay two or three times more. But 5star customer service:) Very good value for money

Positive: The location was great with 1min walk from T1 tram station and you have a lot of shops and different restaurants near the Hotel. The staff was helpfull and Parsa was great and kind. The breakfast was also enough for the value od the money.

Negative: The room and the bathroom could be a little bit cleaner and a small renovation would be a good option for a near future.

Summary: Great value for the money and awesome location.

Positive: Location, near the tram station, carrefour downstairs and also many food places on the boulevard. Also the person that made our stay incredible was mr. Parsa, he welcomed us so nice and made us feel comfortable instantly ( we stayed there for 10 days and he always made sure we have everything we need and guided us through different places to go and things to do) thank you Parsa !!

Negative: Breakfast was not refilled properly (sometimes we didn’t had many choices left as it wasn’t refilled)

Negative: At the first time i arrived, the room wasn't prepared yet. the floor is not clean.. I live for 5 days, there is no cleaning for these 5 days, and no garbage tank in the room, no tooth paste, no coffee or tea prepared in the room.. these things must be included..
