Positive: Big clean rooms, wonderful restaurant, incredible views. Don't hesitate. I generally stay alone, but the rooms are definitely large enough for a couple or a small family.

Positive: Huge comfortable room, great beds, big fridge! Great onsite restaurant open all day. Stay here not Lake Havasu! Views from balcony over wetlands.

Positive: Rooms are spacious and clean. Views are terrific. The restaurant is really good,. The pool area is nice. Train noise is not as intrusive as one might think, but freight trains do pass by the hotel. I always sleep well here. Feels super safe, too. Best choice close to 40 anywhere near this area, so much nicer than Kingman or Needles.

Negative: The hot water wasn't as hot as I would like for a shower.

Positive: It’s really a very cool and comfortable, clean place to stay! Loved the restaurant and bar and watching the sun set.

Negative: Loved everything f about. When we first saw the train tracks and the train we were concerned about noise but surprisingly, we didn’t hear it!

Positive: Everything about this place was perfect. Right off the highway for easy over night stay on long drive. Family friendly, young trendy vibe. Room was huge! View stunning. Restaurant for breakfast was brilliant. Food exceeded our expectations. Would defo stay again!

Negative: The trains at night were loud, as right next to track, but room supplied with ear plugs and once asleep we didn’t wake to noises at all. The train was actually a highlight at breakfast - never seen such a long cargo train! Kids loved it.
