Summary: On arrival the first room they gave us reeked of cigarette smoke. However they did promptly give us another room. After being in the room for a few minutes, we noticed that the air-conditioning wasn't very effective. I checked on it and it wasn't putting out cold air. As we were going out shortly, I waited till we were leaving to tell the person at the counter about the issue. When we arrived later we saw that nothing had changed. We were too tired to continue at that moment and went to bed. The next morning I told the person at the reception about the situation. She promised to send a technician. Again upon arrival late that night, no change. Thankfully we were leaving in the morning so we resigned ourselves to the heat. Also the fan in the bathroom didn't work at all and the toilet was made for children. All in all not a pleasant stay. Would never recommend this place.

Summary: Very convenient location but really needs an upgrade. Appreciate the mini fridge! Could be just a smidge cleaner.

Summary: I think people live here long term which should be disclosed. I was on the first floor and have never had this issue in the past when on upper floors They had the outdoor pool closed off for a private event. That’s the reason we chose this hotel instead we had to use the indoor pool that had 30 people in it with 5 chairs to use, side note only 3 people were in the pool that was closed off to public

Summary: When we first checked in our hotel room was terrible. The condition of the room was very run down. I requested a second room which was a little better but the hotel definitely needs some up keep and renovations

Summary: Good service and check in. We paid for a late check out which we did not need. They refunded that which was appreciated. Good location to hospital. Decent restaurant on site. Down side was bathroom in unit was note clean. Due to that I did not leave a tip. I would return again as I thing a one time problem

Summary: Unexpected charges, parking charged was ok, my only concern is the deposit of $100 which I paid thru my visa and the desk claimed I can refund upon check out, that never happened, tried to call them but no reply. Front desk guy upon my check out was rude.
