Positive: The apartment is located close to the town's center with lots of restaurants and bars. Across small roundabout there is a tiny Italian restaruant serving quite a good food. There is also small Carrefour shop appr. 100 m away but I would advise going the much bigger Carrefour at Pasteur street should you wish to buy more refined food. There is also marina roughly 300 m away. When you pass the marina you can walk down an amazing promenade built on top of city walls - nice experience in the evenings. We bought 7-day pass d'Azur ticket and could travel on all public means of transport in the Var department without any additional expenses but please not that it is densely populated area and you can expect crowds of people commuting to work in Nice and Monaco, and back. Please note that at the time of our stay this pass was to be purchased from the Envibus office located at the bus stop (you have to go over the rails tracks). What is worth mentioning is that air condditiong is working very mildly so you can stay in comfortbale cold without feelin hurricane of frozy air. We did not experince any noise during nights. The apartment was equipeed with all the basic "consumables". We were even offered some Coca Cola and Heineken beer cans in the fridge! As well as content of a mini bar in the living room (we didin't look into it,). i can recommend Tortue de Mer!

Negative: If the keys had been ready to collect at 3pm One of the towels in the drawer was completely covered in short black hairs. Had to have another shower after using towel.
