Positive: The best property we’ve been lucky enough to stay at. Exceptionally well furnished and equipped. Very cosy and comfortable during our stay with lots of room for our large family gathering. The kitchen has every possible item and the abundant supply of firewood made the unseasonably cold weekend, very warm and cosy. Bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Surrounded by lovely gardens with ample outdoor seatings and lovely walks nearby.

Positive: Torview is a beautiful, spacious home surrounded by breathtaking views. Arran was a wonderful and gracious hostess. She provided us with all needed amenities and supplies including food, treats, wine and plenty of firewood for the lovely fireplace. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone seeking amazing accommodations!

Positive: Very well equipped, plenty of ensuites and 2 other shower/bathrooms. Spacious; plenty of space for 7 adults and 4 children including comfortable seating for everyone. Nice walks directly from the house.

Negative: The only things we would have liked were big mugs for those who like a large cup of tea, and a better indoor bin system. The current bin needs frequent emptying for the size of the house.

Positive: The location was excellent for my son's wedding at Neidpath castle. The walks to/from the housre were stunning, with an easy walk to Peebles only 1.5hrs away. The property and the host were wonderful, a lovely family home with everything you could want. We even had a few welcome supplies on arrival, shortbread, wine.z Definitely worth a second visit.

Negative: Everyrhing you need in a house is supplied, even though we were adivsed to bring certain things.

Positive: Beautiful house in great location. Lovely walks. Takes just over an hour to walk into people on the old railway tracks. The house is very well stocked. There is every item in the kitchen you could need. Clean and comfortable. Very spacious rooms. Lovely hosts. We’ll definitely be back.
