Positive: It is a great property in a wonderful location. the restaurant served the best lamb chops i had ever had. the staff were nice and helpful. The price i paid was unbeatable!

Negative: to the owners/management - Please put some night lights in the rooms. the lighting as is is not suitable for relaxing - it is too strong and not necessary. And may be lose the stones in the bathroom basin ;)

Positive: This is an absolutely outstanding venue. The owner is obviously a perfectionist. Every detail is taken care of. Check out the tilework in the bathroom. Perfect. The carpentry. Perfect. The waiter Mateo made our stay. So helpful and polite and interesting. Oh and don't forget the food!! OMG! The food. There is a master chef in that kitchen. We had the octopus and eels freshly caught from the nearby lagoon. Quiet. Serene. This place has made our stay in Albania. It is a MUST visit.

Positive: Finally a hotel in Albania that lived up to the descriptions and pictures. Everything worked and nothing was broken. We had a Deluxe room (huge!) and a normal room (normal size), both of which were very clean and comfortable. The views were spectacular and we loved the animals around the house (chickens, turkeys a lovely puppy dog). The food was also very good (both dinner and breakfast) with many home-grown and -made dishes. The red house wine was spectacular, at a very modest price!

Negative: The owner and other personnel were all very lovely and helpful, but spoke almost no foreign languages, which complicated communication a bit. And the final bit of road to get there is a dirt road; we managed fine with a normal car, but you need to tread a bit carefully to master the last approx. 1 kilometer.

Summary: Highly recommended, wonderful stay!
