Summary: This was adequate for what we needed. There were a few things that were not what we expected. Had we not accidently run into someone staying there, we would not have been able to get into the facility to get to our room. The code we were given did not work and communication with the property manager was very limited. We had to request the WI Fi and codes. That information was not provided prior to arrival. Once we got to our room, we had a double bed, not a queen size bed as listed. The common area will only be as clean as the people staying there are and we found that lacking. Basically, we needed a bed and a bathroom and this layout worked for us. Our room was directly off the common area kitchen, so, noise wise it could have been so much worse than it was. The concept is good, but they have a few things to work on. The parking lot was not cleared after the heavy snow and we got stuck a couple of times. Granted, we do not have much experience driving on snow, but there was limited space to try and park.

Summary: My husband and I came to Sterling as our first grandchild was born. This place is awesome. From booking the stay to check in and the communication all was amazing. Our room was comfy and cozy! Bed was great, bathroom always had hot water. The fridge is a nice touch as we did bring our own cocktails! The common area was always clean and kept after use! We have told other family members and friends about this cute VRBO for their visits! We will definitely stay here again and have already booked another stay for our next visit! Thank you again. Can’t wait to be back!

Summary: This is a clean, well organized newly remodeled venue. There are stairs and no elevator, so not wheelchair accessible. I was able to get in and out of the basement with a walker. I did not try to go upstairs. Other visitors were pleasant and polite, considerate. The room was small, but suited my needs.
