Summary: The hosts were very responsive. The property was neat and clean, off street parking was great. While not a luxury stay, it was exactly what we were looking for and a bargain at the price. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely look to see if this property is available the next time we are in St. Louis.

Summary: You can't beat the location. It's within 15 to 20 minutes to everything we wanted to do. It is an old building.The bunk beds are very comfortable, the beds in the other room are not as good but not terrible. One is super loud at the slightest movement. It would have been nice to have a tv in each bedroom but not a huge deal.

Not enough silverware or bowls for 8 people, didn't have enough towels or bedding for 8 people (the property manager did have some brought by the next day, but it was largely too late), very bare bones amenities

Summary: We were in town for a friend's wedding. This place was a short 7 minute drive from their house. We were able to come and go very easily. The unit had plenty of amenities. It was very clean and the beds super comfortable. And the host was very responsive and flexible. We were able to extend our stay past our inital plans and he was very accommodating. This will definitely be our go-to when we are back in STL.
