Summary: The place was clean and cozy. The only downside was the wi-fi was down for the entirety of the stay. Property manager was communicative when it was reported, but unfortunately a fix was not implemented during my stay.

Summary: The property was neat and clean. It met my expectations from that perspective. The (very limited) stainless steel pots/pans were dirty. There was baked on grease I couldn't remove with soap and a washcloth. Providing sponges with a Scotch Brite backer would have allowed me (and everyone else who has stayed there) to scrub the grease spots out of the pots and pans. Alternately, you could have the cleaning crew scrub the pots and pans with a Brillo pad. That's pretty much my only complaint. For me, it was a big one. I wasn't able to cook the food I brought.

Summary: The room was nice enough, but had some major drawbacks. Upon entering, as soon as I took my shoes off, I noticed the floor was covered in sand/dirt. Clearly it had not been swept. Opening the washer and dryer, sand fell from the crevices of the door. As I was getting into bed, I noticed the flat sheet on the bed had blood on it, which looked fairly new and not like it was laundered and stained. Also, the kitchen drawers still had construction manuals in them, which made me leery if the silverware and utensils themselves were washed prior to being put in the drawers. The comforter is too small to fit the bed. My partner and I were fighting for it all night. The good things; plenty of towels, in unit washer and dryer, an AC unit, close proximity to the beach, provided hangers for the closet, quiet area, easy to get in and out with the lock.

Summary: I stayed the weekend of Labor Day for a quiet weekend away, this suit delivered just that. It was clean, quiet, close to morning breakfast stops, and a short drive to the beaches. I spent my mornings in Lewes at the beaches and winery for the farmers market - they are only a 20 to 25 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rhoebeth!

Summary: I'd totally rent this property again. It was clean, in a great location, and priced nicely. It was, however, missing a few basics: bathroom mirror over the sink (shaving was interesting), dishwashing implements and/or dishwasher (though there *were* dishwasher detergent pods, inexplicably). Otherwise, very good place and I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.
