Summary: The hotel is brand new. The customer service was wonderful. The rooms were new so everything was in perfect condition. They hotel was a nice place to stay close to food spots.

Summary: We realize that this was not a even a med rated hotel,but we checked in on the late side-and the room didnt have any heat and they couldnt change the room-they provide4d a space heater,but it mightas well been none because it didnt help hardly.We haqd to all snuggle in the same bed to keep warm-having an dirty room or low grade room is one thing but no heat is way out of line.I believe we shouldnt have even been charged for this firdt nite.

Summary: It was fine for the one night I stayed there. My room was in a much better shape than the exterior of the hotel. The woman at the reception was friendly. Overall, a place I can go back as a guy, but I would't bring my girlfriend with me.

Summary: The hotel was rather hard to find, and when we did get there, it was challenging to find where to check in. We arrived around 7pm, and the door was already locked. We pushed the "After hours" button, and after someone came to the door, we were able to check in. The room was relatively clean, however, my daughter found someone's clothes and undies in the couch. The hotel is apparently used as long term housing for some people, because there was a vehicle in the parking lot that was covered with snow, and it hasn't snowed in about a week. The TV remote didn't work, and the shower head needed cleaned (it sprayed water everywhere). For a one night stay, it was ok, but I doubt I will go back to that hotel.
