Summary: Unfortunately this was the least pet friendly place we have stayed at. You are charged $150 for a pet fee (which we were aware of and had no problem paying) but are made to feel like your dogs aren't welcome in the lobby or the elevators because "some guests might not like dogs". I don't think it's very "pet friendly" to mainly accommodate the guests who "might not like dogs". We were made to feel so uncomfortable our entire stay because we had our pets and didn't feel like they were welcome at all.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and stocked. There is a refrigerator, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, and dishes. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. They offer a nice hot breakfast which is very good. We've stayed once before and will again next year when we visit.

Summary: Hotel was very beautiful. Amenities were nice and sufficient. Gym was excellent, though I was sad that the hip sled was broken. Room was great. Bed was meh, but definitely not the worst I’ve encountered. Check in was fantastic. During check out I needed assistance with a question but no one was around to help me. Note said to call house phone, but I couldn’t see a phone any where. Other than that, I was very pleased and would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, which is most important!
