Negative: The fragrance smell on the lobby. I prefer fragrance free environments. I also would have liked a grab bar in the shower as the floor of the shower was slippery when wet. Also the lights in the elevator were very dim.
Summary: Very quiet at night and comfortable bed.

Positive: Everything was excellent, from arrival at the front desk to check-out. The breakfast was spectacular, the cleanliness was superb, and the entire property looked brand new upon arrival. I believe it deserves to be in the 5-star hotel category. My special congratulations to the breakfast staff. The variety, flavor, presentation, and attentiveness of the staff are 101%. I highly recommend it. Thank you.
Negative: What I didn't like? Not being able to stay longer. Everything was excellent, Triple A service, my compliments to the service, breakfast, and staff.

Negative: Housekeeping. Unfortunately our sheets were never changed despite asking the front desk. Place was never cleaned, just beds made every other day. We were a family of 4 for 5 days. Even after asking multiple times and front desk acknowledging our requests it never happened. Trash under sink wasn’t changed. Fan in bathroom wasn’t working and the sink drain was extremely slow.
Summary: Easy location. Good breakfast for families.

Positive: The staff were incredible and I absolutely LOVED the amenities that were offered. Everything was clean, everything was accessible, and all the staff were kind!!
Negative: I could hear a lot of honking, and the garbage truck and that is also something that is just going to happen, like, regardless.
Summary: An absolutely charming, fun place to plan a long-time or short-time stay.

Positive: Locations is great. Quiet and peaceful. Staff friendly. The breakfast was great and the breakfast crew was amazing leaving it always stock.
Negative: Our restroom had a shower door that wouldn’t close. Report it and they responded “sorry it’s like that.” Our last night a huge garden bug was found in the restroom.
Summary: Great stay and will stay again if around Boston.
