Positive: The room was fantastic and the service by Angela was amazing!! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for hosting people. The breakfast was a nice touch and it was wonderful having laundry services on the premises.
Negative: The bath tub was incredibly slippery when you took a shower. There were not enough towel bars to hang wet towels.
Summary: Loved it! Will definitely stay there next time I’m in town.

Positive: The room was very clean. The pool area was clean. The room was nice. All in all, it was a good experience.
Negative: The view wasn't the greatest. Noise above us...maybe kids jumping and running? The breakfast could have been better; nothing like the picture on your website. You were on the expensive side.

Positive: The one bedroom suite was roomy and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and highways.
Negative: The fire doors! Excessively loud if a guest didn’t hold them when they were closing. The room next to ours had an extremely loud drinking and drugs party with 40 to 50 people coming in and out. teenagers were going into the room and leaving the room every 45 seconds allowing the fire door to slam so loudly that it made us jump every time. Around 11:30 pm, I contacted the front desk and was told it would be taken care of within the hour, and I let them know about the excessive noise and the underage kids, and that our whole room was filled with the smell of marijuana. I was told he would take care of it. I saw a staff member come to their door and go inside and talk to them, but the party continued well to 1 AM or 1:30 AM and I finally fell asleep. Very dissatisfied.
