Positive: Very nice clean room. Nice linens.
Negative: Bad Leak under kitchen sink in 407. Need paper coffee cups in rooms and medium or light roast coffee. All I had was dark roast. Had to go out in sub freezing temps to get my own cup out of the car to take my coffee with me. These are small things it’s a very nice hotel. Of course for $200 it better be.
Summary: Very expensive but nice hotel.

Positive: Staff was friendly and super nice, and the Elder lady that night that worked the front desk was a blessing!!
Negative: an employee in the morning at breakfast was coughing made us a little nervous,
Summary: great time, great experience and if an employee has any symptoms take the day off!

Positive: Breakfast was good! Staff was super helpful at all times during our stay! Spacious room for our family of 4.
Negative: Fridge didn’t stay cold enough for leftover food. The water pressure in the shower was low & shower head didn’t seam to work properly. Body wash holder on the wall came off the adhesive strip. Could use more shelving in the shower for personal toiletries.
Summary: Nice hotel, great staff but some repairs needed. Overall would stay again!
