Summary: The property is very well equipped (kitchen / family games / dvds) and has plenty of space in the kitchen and lounges to eat and relax, as well as a basement area ideal for walking boots and drying coats. The property is in a great location, with local walks up to small waterfalls through to Blencathra and beyond all from the front day. The views from the property are amazing. We would very happily return to the property and are considering when we can go again.

Summary: Brilliant holiday home for a family gathering,two lounge arrangement gives younger members their own space. Snow dusted mountain views from every window,very beautiful part of the Lakes,managed to do 12Wainwrights over the week.large boot room brilliant to sort out walking gear.5star well deserved!!
