Summary: The perfect stay for our family of 8. Our son was married on Saturday in Vail. This home was not only beautiful but very convenient to the rehearsal dinner venue in Minturn, the welcome party in Edwards and the wedding/reception in Vail. You won’t be disappointed!

Summary: The house worked great for our Spring Break ski vacation. There was plenty of room for our group of 8. The kids especially enjoyed the foosball table downstairs. We had plenty of room to spread out or to gather together for game nights. The location is convenient to Beaver Creek, Vail and shopping/dining. The host was very welcoming, responded quickly when we had an issue with the driveway and had many good recommendations for local dining. We look forward to returning to EagleVail!

Summary: Our family of 5 and close friends family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this Eagle/Vail property. The townhome was exactly as advertised and stocked with all the essentials for a perfect stay. Quick and easy access to grocery, restaurants, and Beaver Creek. Owner is very responsive and provided great recommendations in the area for rentals, food, etc.

Summary: We had a great time while in Vail and staying here was icing on the cake. The house was just as described and perfect for what we needed. Communication was excellent before and during the stay. This will be our first place to check for availability when we return to the Vail area.

Summary: Wonderful condo with all the amenities you could want. Lots of room to spread out and a nice big comfy living room for our family to gather at night. Very close to Beaver Creek Village and grocery store which was very convenient. Owner was in communication with me from the beginning and was very helpful and even gave us suggestions for restaurants and shopping beyond what they send in the welcome packet which is full of all the info you’ll need. Master bedroom bed was very comfy (something I always look for in reviews). Highly recommend!

Summary: This is a fantastic property to stay with a large group the layout is wonderful, location is close to everything.(restaurants, ski hills and stores), but not a busy or noisy neighborhood. The amenities and supplies are great and lots of towels for showers and hot tub. Loved the shower gel, shampoo and conditioners in all the bathrooms, greatly appreciated. The neighbor is very watchful/video tapes. (I don't think she is a very happy person in general.) We were in contact with the property owner to make sure everything was okay and she understood the situation and apologetic, so we just ignored the neighbor and enjoyed our vacation. I would definately rent here again, the owner was lovely to deal with and lots of great advise and suggestions on activities, restaurants. The property is well taken care of and worth the stay(Edwards is our fav town for food, we ate there 3 nights).
