Positive: We've never felt more welcome than here. Amazing staff, very friendly and professional at the same time. Food was better than expected and the rooms were cleaned every day. Internet connection is better than in most places on Cyprus, never had any problems. All in all an amazing experience, I never would've guessed this hotel has only 3 stars, I'd say it easily deserves the 4th compared to a lot of others.
Negative: I can't think of anything. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. For this price this is insanely good value. Also the location maybe feels a bit remote but that also depends on what you want to achieve on the vacation. This is definitely a more rest oriented region but you can always hop on a bus to Ayia Napa or take a walk to Protaras.

Positive: food was good, pool always cleaned and good size, most of the time sunbeds were available, bar good with loveley friendly staff especially deano, the location a bit out of the way from main protarus but bus stop outside hotel and only 2 euros
Negative: bedrooms were ok could do with some draws or shelving to put cloths on as only hanging room available with one shelf under that, bathroom not very big and shower water goes everywhere needs to be re disigned.
Summary: a good stay all round

Negative: Basic stay, not worth the all inclusive stay. Very basic food and drinks. Needs updating asap! Not clean enough and the elevator was bid dangerous, you could see the walls inside behind the elevator. If it was a bed and breakfast stay it would be much better. So sorry that we pay all these money for that.
