Summary: Pros: Clean, cost effective, quiet, and conveniently located next to a train station. A/C worked great. Free breakfast was a big plus, the food was good and filling. The staff have translator devices to help you if you don't speak Japanese. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, as well as a mini fridge. There are coin laundry machines coin dryers, vending machines, and a microwave available in the lobby. Cons: Beds were very firm and not very comfortable. Directions on cleaning were a little unclear - eventually I understood that they come by to clean every 4 days, and you can't be in the room on that day from 10 to 3 unless you tell them ahead of time to cancel or change the cleaning day. The staff prevented me from using the microwave to heat up dinner one time, I am not sure why. The coin laundry machines and dryers are ok but don't do a great job. There is only one elevator so you may have to wait a while to use it.

Summary: Very clean- fresh towels and trash pick up daily, cleaning every 3 or 4 days. Breakfast was good- lots of variety! Super close to the metro station. I don’t know if this will sound very American, but the bed was very, very firm and I know my husband found it very uncomfortable. It was ok for me, but not the best sleep of my life. Also- don't use the microwave with no sign sitting out in the public eating area/lobby! 😆 I got in trouble for that.

Summary: Everything in the hotel from staff to accomodation was great! The beds were a little tough to sleep on they were a bit hard but aside from that everything was great! Would definitely reccomend and come here again.
