Summary: DISLIKES: Water pressure in the shower. Door not levelled in washroom, gets stuck. Restaurant closes too early during Carnival time … hours should be extended. Heavy incidentals charged per day Lack of local dish options at restaurant. LIKES: Staff was great & friendly Food was great. Pool areas were very clean. Musical selections modern.

Summary: Perfect place for a safe and enjoyable vacation! Food, including the complimentary breakfast was top class and comparable to any 5-star restaurants in the US, France, Spain or Singapore. The staff were well mannered, courteous, and willing to do whatever needed to make guests comfortable.. I also enjoyed the welcome goodies from the most famous bakery store in Trinidad. Puff-n-stuff, a true Trini experience. I will go back there in a heartbeat…
