Summary: Aankomst was prima. Mevrouw wachtte ons op met de sleutel. Helaas door drukte in het verkeer waren we wat later. Op zo'n lange reis is het best lastig om precies tussen 16 en 18.00u aan te komen. Ze belde om 18.10 (we moesten nog 20 minuten rijden) maar sprak helaas geen enkel woord Engels dus ze zei vanalles in het Frans wat wij dan weer niet begrepen. Dit maakt het wel lastig communiceren. Ik had haar de dag voor vertrek ook gemaild maar geen reactie op gehad. De accommodatie is zwaar verouderd.. Niets was echt schoon: alle bekers, lepels, messen, vorken e.d. waren nog bevuild. De waterkoker deed het niet en de oven had nog kleine beetjes etensresten erin. De hoofdslaapkamer was opgemaakt maar ik was met een vriendin en we wilden apart slapen. De 2e kamer waren de bedden geen van alle opgemaakt en ik heb geen beddengoed kunnen vinden ervoor. Gelukkig had ik alles meegenomen. De slaapkamer (2e kamer met losse bedden) had overal stofwolken en spinnenwebben. Het gras bestond voornamelijk uit onkruid en was al een tijd niet gemaaid. De douche liep helemaal niet door waardoor we in een plas water stonden elke keer. Helaas viel het tegen. De omgeving is zeer rustig, niets te beleven. Echt om tot rust te komen.

Summary: De ommuurde tuin is fijn voor de honden maar de woning ligt in een dorp aan een kruispunt van 4 landelijke wegen. Weinig verkeer maar wel regelmatig trekkers e.d. Ook is er een pleintje met een oude wasplaats direct naast de woning waar regelmatig mensen samen komen en kinderen spelen dus niet ideaal als je stilte zoekt. De ontvangst door de conciërge was goed, communicatie met haar vooraf was duidelijk en vriendelijk. Mooie, landelijke omgeving.

Summary: Huis en tuin waren fantastisch. Alles wat je nodig mocht hebben was er. De omgeving was weinig toeristisch, wat op zich heerlijk was. Het nadeel was dat er ook weinig te doen was n de omgeving.
