Summary: I write to give directions to the other guests, if you are looking for a relaxing holiday and unplug it is not the ideal place, next door there is a campsite that hosts a community of musicians, Imma leave the rest to you, the house is old but nice, needs maintenance, however in essence the price is not worth the ratio.

Summary: Very clean and tidy property with everything needed for the stay. Bread, milk, biscuits, cheese and biscuits ready which was a lovely greating. Loads of pans, a tin opener etc everything needed for general cooking which i personally found is rare. Pool was a great size for a family, not too big or small for the 6, 12 and 13 year old. Fresh towels every few days too which was great. Id say the only slight downside was the German shepheard barking most mornings which was next door. I'd say other than that it was perfect! Thanks again for a great week

Summary: Thank you for having us at the villa. I stayed with my Partner and two children aged 7 & 2. The garden was stunning with walls all around for peace of mind and was never overlooked. The pictures even though great didnt do it justice. We were worried about the pool with our 2 year old but bought an inflatable life jacket from the shop on the corner. Our son, 7, learned to swim in your pool within 2 days and by the end of the trip he considered himself "professional". Housekeeping were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend but we are so glad we hired a car as its fairly remote. (If you are into sight seeing) if you are happy to ge the bus etc then you will probably manage but we had a lot of freedom that way.

Summary: Having been visitors to Kayakoy for the last 14 years we have stayed in many different villas. This one was as we'd expected and seen on the website. The layout was a bit confusing and we didn't feel that it flowed quite well but we laughed about trying to find the bathroom and ending up halfway to a bedroom! We didn't use the lounge area at all as the weather was very kind to us in the first week of October. The beds were comfortable and sleep was easy (especially after some local beer and wine!) We did think that the BBQ area could have been much closer to the house and that was the reason we didn't use it. Trecking everything to the far end of the spacious garden was a no no for us. The village was a 5 minute walk away and the villa although next door to a restaurant and self catering rooms was extremely quiet. We had an issue with the internet in the first couple of days which was a bit annoying especially since we were reliant on the restaurant manager to solve it. We were able to log on to their internet. We felt that the pool could have been cleaned more often than it was but it wasn't a big issue for us as we usually went to the beach. All in all a lovely holiday and we would definitely book to stay there again. Roll on next year - and hope we've seen the end of Covid-19 !

Summary: This lovely villa is exactly as described. Very well furnished, equipped and immaculately clean. Nothing was too much trouble for Marieke and thanks to her we had an amazing holiday. On arrival we found that previous guests had damaged the toaster and valve on the shower. Once reported to Marieke these issues were dealt with within hours. Thank you Marieke. We would have no hesitation recommending this villa and look forward to returning soon.

Summary: We had the best time. The villa was amazing very tranquil in a beautiful setting. The staff were so kind and could not do enough for you. You had the facilities if the complex next door which was amazing... we have stayed in a number of villas in Turkey and this goes down as one of the best.

Summary: We loved the villa and the use of gunays garden next door. The villa was cleaned daily and fresh bread delivered was great. The pool and grounds are lovely.It is very close to the centre of kaya and so easy walk to restaurants. On the negative side The second double bedroom door would not close fully, but as we did not use was not a problem to us. We have been to kaya valley on many occasions mainly due to the tranquil setting. Unfortunately there is a camp neighbouring this property that plays very loud music and drums. This sometimes stops at 12am but on at least 3 occasions during our 2 week stay lasted until 5am.

Summary: Beautiful villa in a great location. Swimming pool is a good size and really clean. Villa spotlessly clean and well equipped. Fresh bread delivered every morning to the villa. Tucked down a quiet road but just a few minutes easy walk to many restaurants and bus stop. Beautiful village too. Would highly recommend and we will be returning again.
