3 Bedroom 2 bath with office and 2 car garage. Located in Red Oak Tx 29.6 miles to AT&T Cowboys Stadium, 29 miles to Six Flags, 19.4 miles to downtown Dallas, and 16.5 miles to Bishop Arts. Lots of close restaurants and shopping close by. Completely remodeled house with lots of mill work, upgrades throughout. No carpet. 5 minutes away from I35. Plenty of parking and sits on .55 acres so plenty of room for the kids to play. Absolutely no pets or smoking inside the house or there will be a $250 few added to your stay. I am a realtor. Summary: We stayed at this property when we relocated to Red Oaks from SD. This property has good internet connection as we had to do remote work. The owners were always fast in replying to questions and requests. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to stay. This is not a party place, more of a family oriented environment.

Summary: This is an enjoyable house. The kitchen is large enough for 2 people to work at the same time. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. It could use a few more lights. Overall, we had a good stay.

Summary: We called this the bird house because there was a bird’s nest right by the front door. We were ok with that, we did not want to disturb nature, however, we had to walk over a pile of bird poop to get into the house. That was our first welcome to the home. I called the owner about it, and it was not cleaned during our stay, Memorial Day weekend 2021. We were excited about the patio and large back yard that we saw from the pictures and envisioned ourselves spending time out there at night. We were disappointed to find the patio dirty, the one table was filthy, the chairs were equally filthy. Not sure if the previous guest had small children because there were chalk drawings all over the patio. There was a grill that was not cleaned from the last time it was used and the lights did not work. The whole area needed to be power washed. Needless to say, we did not use that area at all. That was the selling point for us on this rental. We couldn’t open the master bedroom blinds, in addition there was something that was covering the entire window, like a dark drape. We wanted more light in the room because the paint colors are dark throughout the house. (brown and a darker brown). There was only one lamp in the entire house. We did have to clean the freezer and fridge we just felt that they were not thoroughly cleaned from the last guest. The area was quiet which we enjoyed.

Summary: Rented the home with my in-laws for 5 nights. The house is overall nice, in a good area, not far from the freeway. Lots of stores around if you need to buy groceries or anything else. There we definitely a few things that weren’t too appealing. The house wasn’t the cleanest that I’ve ever stayed at, and was minimally supplied. Any other house I’ve rented had at least a few items in the spice cabinet, but this place had absolutely nothing that we could use. No extra supplies were stored in the house. Things like toilet paper or laundry detergent were in short supply. 4 rooms are advertised. One of them was almost completely empty. We found a blowup mattress that was stuffed in the closet to use, and had to share the available pillows for everyone in the house. Not a lot of furniture for leisure. The heating zones are pretty rough as well. We were there during the Texas freeze and had the heat running most of the time. Some rooms get really hot, while others stay pretty cool. The vents are a little old so you aren’t able to open or close them to help regulate the temperature. If you do need anything though, the owner is quite responsive and will get it there to you that same day. Overall decent experience.
