3 Bedroom House in Goleta

Our Goleta home with a solar heated swimming pool and free standing Hot Tub is the perfect place to come to relax and unwind. You'll love the open kitchen with a brand new Stove and Oven, including Air Fry and Convection! We have surround sound movie watching when inside and go outside bask in the sun and have fun in our pool or play ball on the large front lawn or in the quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect for couples or swim aged families or celebrations on the beautiful California coastline. Walk over to Glen Annie Golf Course for a round or to the Tennis Courts for a match or down to the local diner for a delicious breakfast burrito. Just minutes from the Ritz Carlton beach area or head downtown to Santa Barbara and Montecito, for beach volleyball and epicurean delights. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all the bedrooms have black out blinds for a full nights sleep. There are new fixtures in both bathrooms with shower spray heads, removable sprayers and plenty of towels.
The Master Bedroom has a brand new Dream Cloud Queen mattress for a blissful nights sleep that adjusts to both zero gravity and has massage features for both head and feet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a foam topper for extra comfort and is where the internet comes into the house, so we have stationed a desk right there so you can easily plug into the Ethernet and of course, there is high speed internet WIFI throughout the house, including repeaters to spread the signal to the garage and outside. The middle bedroom has 1 fully adjustable Lucio foam bed in an Extra LONG twin for those that are tall out there, with adjustable zero gravity setting and separate head and foot elevation and another regular daybed with a comfy pillowtop mattress.
The living area where the surround sound system and 70 inch TV has 2 full size couches, 1 that has recliners at each end and the room has a separate leather rocker recliner. The Kitchen is open to the dining area and looks out onto the pool area and at the wide open blue sky out our back windows.

Summary: We rented this house in Goleta close to UCSB. This was move-in weekend for our freshman daughter. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub in the early morning with a cup of coffee. Beds were very comfortable. The house was 7 to 8 minutes to the college to drop our kiddo off. Stayed in town a few days to get her settled. Will definitely be back.

Summary: We really enjoyed the home. Enjoyed the pool. Everyting was perfect except the pool is not for elderly as there is no railing to get into the pool.

Summary: My family (husband, daughter (15), son (13), son (2), and my mother came to visit my son who goes to college in Santa Barbara for his 21st birthday. The home was perfect for us! Very cozy and inviting and the backyard/pool were wonderful! Susie was great to work with. I highly recommend her home! When the day of checkout came I didn’t want to leave.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication with Susie was excellent and many useful amenities were provided (ie beach towels, Keurig). The only difficulty we had was that there was a slight smoke smell throughout the property, particularly in rooms with carpets. The property is described as non-smoking. One member of our party is very sensitive to scents, so this was a slight issue. Otherwise, the property was very comfortable, particularly the well-equipped kitchen and lovely pool.

Summary: Location is great - central to anything you might want to do near UCSB. Pool/Spa were better than the pictures. Beds were very comfortable. Game collection was crazy. We had a great time. Communication was great.

Summary: We came with an extended family group of 6 people for UCSB graduation. When at the house we spent almost all our time outdoors at the generous table under the lovely vine-covered terrace, on the lounge chairs, or in the pool or jacuzzi! Umbrellas for shade and plenty of pool towels added to the convenience. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and serving food and we enjoyed poolside breakfasts all weekend. The family appreciated blackout blinds to help with sleep on a full and exhausting weekend. The location is in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from UCSB. Susie was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We did unplug some scent atomizers due to a few of us being sensitive, people very sensitive to scents might want to simply request they are unplugged before arrival. We would stay again.

Summary: To many personal items in the house. House was older than what we expected. Pool was too cold to be used, not heated. TV instructions were good but reception sketchy. Bedroom, Fire TV much better than Roku in Living room. Well stocked with necessities.

Summary: We had a lovely spring break vacation at Susie's home. We had everything we needed - from very comfortable rooms, a quiet neighborhood, a gas bbq grill, full equipped kitchen, swimming pool, high speed internet, and board games galore. Everything was very clean and we got to enjoy relaxing at the house in between our fishing outings at Goleta Pier and Lake Cachuma. Thank you, Susie, for a lovely stay and for being responsive to all our questions!
