Negative: Kitchen could use new frying pans, house could use more detail cleaning kitchen, bathrooms. Lights blubs where out in kitchen and back yard porch.

Positive: The place was beautiful. Great location. My youngest could not stay out of the pool. We had a nice comfy movie night on the sofa. Oh, and the natural lighting was incredible.

Positive: Location was good, very quiet neighborhood, close to UCF for our son's graduation. Lot of shopping/grocery/restaurant options within an 8-10 ride. Every furniture, bathrooms and kitchen items/appliances (bit dated) but fully functional. We had everything we needed for our stay.
Negative: front entry and backyard needs a little bit of TLC but both Pool and Jacuzzi in good condition and we use them with no issue.
Summary: Great option close to UCF campus

Positive: We love the hot tub and pool! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and bowls etc. Beds were comfortable and clean. The washing machine and dryer worked great. They even provided 4 pool towels.
Negative: Needed a pot holder and kitchen towel and dish washing cloth. Hot tub had a bad odor the first day however after removing the cover it improved.
Summary: Excellent house with easy access to grocery stores and shopping and within 10 minutes of 4

Positive: Updated property with amazing gated pool.
Negative: The kitchen lacked garbage bags for the trash can and extra dishwasher pods. The barn yard door covering the master bathroom did not offer much privacy. It was more about aesthetics than really being a proper door for the bathroom.
