Summary: It’s a nice place if you want quite pool in a tucked away corner if you don’t mind sharing quarters in a house

Summary: Amazing property, their pictures don't do justice. Master suite is classy Clean and a 2 person jacuzzi tub in its massive private bath. Massive pool (apparently large groups do rent out pool area on weekends FYI) & Always Relaxing

Summary: My son turned 5 July 4 and we had a family reunion in Va the same weekend. The BNB was everything we asked for and then some. We loved all the animals on the property especially the dogs and the horses. The owner Ric was super nice and helpful as was his amazing mother in law! We would definitely stay again!

Summary: We had the best time! If you would like to simply relax in the country and turn your phone off for a while, go for walks in the morning and see horses, and see stars at night, sip your coffee slowly, this is the spot for you! Very safe location and very clean. The hosts could not have been nicer. We felt so comfortable being there the minute we got there. They walked our dog for us, which was SO nice. Their communication during and leading up to our stay was perfect and they were just so willing to make our stay amazing. The suite was stocked with plenty of toiletries, fresh towels, waters, and coffee. True southern hospitality! The property is breathtaking in all its beauty. They have acres and acres of land and my son loved looking at all the animals and hearing the sounds they make. They gave us fresh eggs from the chickens which was so sweet. The home decor is so stunning. Our room was sufficient for what we needed. We had a table to eat on, a mini fridge, a very comfy king size bed and a couch that pulls out to a twin I believe. The water pressure in the shower was great. There are plenty of restaurants in driving distance too. We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in the Virginia Beach/Moyock area. Simply note that this is a shared space as the add lists. The bathroom is downstairs from the room but it wasn’t a big deal. We had such a positive experience with the hosts that we never minded and it was a privilege to be welcome on their property
