Positive: Lydia is a gracious lady. It was a privilege to come across such a prestige individual. I felt considered, respected, treated with dignity even without us meeting. She made my stay in this premises perceive prominence, and peculiar. She handled any raised concern professionally with lots of understanding. I recommend her to anyone who have a soft spot for imperial life.
