Welcome to Rocky Ridge Lodge. Our beautiful log cabin is perfect for a family/friends get away, reunions or anyone looking for a tranquil and relaxing stay in God’s country. We are within 30 minutes of Charleston WV, nestled on over 172 acres with amazing views, rock formations, hiking trails and fishing pond. On the front of the lodge there is a large, covered porch overlooking the pond, this is perfect for your morning coffee outside watching the beautiful wildlife. On the backside of the house the deck is perfect for large family dinners, equipped with an outdoor kitchen. The back deck includes multiple seating areas, swings, and rocking chairs overlooking the firepit and gorgeous scenic views.

This home has plenty of space both inside and outside for any family to enjoy. The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, and the bathrooms/bedrooms include linens. There is also a washing machine/dryer. The open floor plan allows you to be a part of all your family activities, a see-through fireplace is in the master bedroom and living room, we have multiple sleeping areas and so much more.
You must experience this property firsthand to fully comprehend the overwhelming sense of peace and awe that overtakes your senses upon reaching the ridge top entrance where the landscape opens up in all its glory.
Our guests have access to our entire property and are welcome to hike the roads and trails that border the home. The acreage is massive and if you’re planning a long hike A navigation or hiking app is recommended so that you can mark way points along your way.

Summary: Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our vacation. Beautiful secluded Lodge with the comforts of home added in. Definitely a (must see in person) place. Summary: It was a wonderful three days stay. The house is not too big or small, used all the spaces perfectly and wonderful stay. Property manager responded quickly. Overall wonderful stay, only thing is please update the map location accurately since we reached at night and it was pouring, took a while to find the house. More instructions there would be helpful

Summary: The property was amazing. Peaceful and relaxing. We were fine....but steps could be an issue for some folks. Distance to stores and restaurants is also a consideration. But the back porch and peacefulness of this property is beyond words. Would come back in a heart beat!

Summary: Property was exactly what we were hoping for! A beautiful home, on a beautiful piece of land. There was a ton of room in the yard to play games and hang out. The house was great. It was clean, has a nice kitchen, great porches to sit on, a nice grill to make some burgers or chicken, and a nice little pond to wet a line. We caught some catfish and a few turtles. It was quiet and secluded but has a Kroger and stores 20 minutes away for any groceries and supplies you'd need. Breann responds fast and is a great host. Our whole group has been ranting and raving about how we couldn't have asked for a better property! Keeping this on my list of places to visit again. If you are looking for a spot to have some fun and get away from the hustle and bustle with family and friends this is it!

Summary: We had a great stay at this home. The owners were easy to communicate with. We had one issue with a breaker and someone was there within an hour to take care of it. Very nice home and everything was thought of. We fished and caught several catfish(can't wait for some of them to get bigger) and a couple of snapping turtles. Big porches front and back, sitting areas around the yard, several yard games for all ages even chairs for smaller kids. The grill and the kitchen were awesome gathering places for our family to gather. Will stay here again when in the WV area.
