The Space:

For lovers of Tranquility, this beautiful two-story waterfront home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths offers a peaceful retreat for guests to sit on the spacious deck and watch the wildlife on the water. Otters, seals, bald eagles and a variety of birds can be seen from the expansive windows facing the Strait and a telescope allows for seeing the marine traffic up close. Occasionally you can even catch glimpses of the Orcas playing in the Strait.
The lovely first floor has many windows facing the water that flood the rooms with natural light and allow for you not to miss a thing that happens. The open concept living/dining area has comfortable contemporary furnishings, dining area, telescope for taking a closer look at the marine traffic and wildlife, Cable TV/DVD and free Wifi. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is ready for you to whip up a meal or light snack. After your day's adventure, retire into the media room and watch a favorite movie. The downstairs bedroom has a comfortable Tempurpedicqueen size mattress.
The second floor offers an elegant master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the beach and en suite bath room. You will sleep peacefully in the very comfortable Sleep number king size bed, a perfect getaway for couples looking for a quiet retreat.

Summary: Nice and clean house. Lots of room for 2 couples. Great views of Protection Island. And easy access to walk along the beach. Kitchen very well supplied with dishes, pot/pans, etc. Lots of room to comfortably sit in the living room, or the couches in the room adjacent to the kitchen. Overall, FIVE STARS, would come again.Here's a few recommendations/suggestions for improvements:- Kitchen Knife set - need to sharpen blades- Light bulb over dinning table needs teplacement- Need outdoor lights for back porch, and some kind of reflecting tape to identify the edge of the deck where there is a step from one level of the deck to the other deck level. Our friend didnt notice the step down on the back deck and had a tumble. Ouch!Overall, highly recommend this house and would come again.🤩

Summary: We enjoyed a lazy couple of days comfortable and cozy. While the weather was a bit cold and rainy, we enjoyed spotting wildlife and ships from the comfort of our living room and kitchen table in the warmth of a fire in the fireplace. The bedrooms were comfortable and perfectly equipped with an amazing view and terrace upstairs. The kitchen was very well equipped and supplied for a couple of great meals. We look forward to returning in the summertime to spend time on the deck and walk along the shore. This is one of our best stays ever.

Summary: Nothing stated about firewood for fireplace. we got there only to find out we had one presto log for a 3 night stay, was told to go to store to get more. Not going half hour drive when not planned to leave house via car. Air intake in stairs was full of dust balls. Allergy issues. Pots and pan low in cabinet, no shelf, couldn't get due to injury. Book advertises about other places not anything about all the electronic controls. Plexiglass on porch was so dirty we cleaned it to watch the birds and sealife. This was a staycation for us, not to run to the store for whatever. we came to stay and walk around neighborhood.

Summary: What a delightful getaway! We arrived at the pink moment and enjoyed the panoramic view of the water and sky from the back deck. After it got dark, we saw the Milky Way. Every day the picture-frame window showed us a new view: clear with some whitecaps, gray and calm, stormy... all with the sea birds doing their thing. The space is very comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, wifi worked fine (esp downstairs), didn't use the TVs. Nice walking right outside, easy drive for groceries (though the road is very dark at night). Check-in & check-out were easy. Only issue: it gets dark at 4:30 this time of year, and there are no street lamps - and the porch light didn't work. It was out of the control of the property managers, something about it being set to turn on at 9pm (makes sense in summer), but it wasn't turning on at all. The home has plentiful flashlights to use. Property managers were very responsive, and said they'd look into fixing that for future guests. This place is a piece of heaven. Missing it already!

Summary: It’s all in the name - Tranquility! One of thee best properties we have ever visited! The house was spotless! The management company made sure to provide plenty of useful communication as well as leave excellent instructions in the house for how to access WiFi and the smart TV. Inquiries to the management firm were answered quickly and completely. Really cozy and wonderful house - thank you!!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Tranquility Beach! It was a perfect location for our day trips, centrally located to reach the parts of the peninsula we wanted to explore and then was able to come back to this beautiful home with the wonderful view was perfect! The property manager was available and quick to respond to any questions we had, making for the perfect stay.

Summary: The property has beautiful views upstairs and down. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for walking. It’s close to hiking and other sightseeing activities. The house was immaculate, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The den has super comfortable couches and chairs for watching TV. We really liked this house!

Summary: We had a lovely stay. The house was comfortable and had a great view right on the water. Perfect for using the paddle board I brought. It was a great home base for getting out and seeing the sights and a beautiful place to enjoy the sunset and wildlife on the water. I would definitely stay here again and my family members felt the same. For those with accessibility needs; there were 3-4 steps (no rail) to get in the front door, the main bedroom is upstairs with a shower that has a step to get into it (the downstairs has a regular tub/shower), there is one step onto the back porch which has ample railings, the water is accessed using large stair-stepped rocks, no railing - this was tricky for my family member with a cane. Also, the management was super responsive and helpful. I left an item behind and although it wasn't found they were easy to get ahold of (text) and did everything they could to try and locate it and kept me updated.
