Positive: The house was fantastic, loved how quiet it was and overlooking the golf course was nice. Backyard BBQ outdoor entertaining area was really good.
Negative: Beds where hard, I'd recommend owners getting some new beds that are comfortable. That there was no dining table inside the house.

Positive: Fabulous property. Fully equipped with everything you need. Spacious, clean,private. Styled similar to Balinese properties so you really felt like you were on holiday. Overlooked the golf course. Beautiful deep pool. Perfect for a family getaway or group. Property managers were fabulous. Shout out to Juanita who was very fast and responding to messages and accommodated a late check out for us which was very much appreciated.
Negative: Everything was fabulous though the tiles do get extremely wet if the sitcoms arenโ€™t on. The main bedroom at the front of the property in particular was very slippery ( like it had constantly been mopped) itโ€™s probably all to do with the humidity but itโ€™s a hazard for vulnerable ages.
Summary: Fabulous. Would highly recommend!

Positive: The property is located in a quiet street. It is a little out of the main shopping area so you need a car to get around unless you are using a shuttle or taxi. Plenty of space for a family. Good amount of kitchen utensils. Good amenities and toiletries were supplied.
Negative: Would have been good to have some written instructions on turning on and operating the oven etc. Pool was a bit dirty. Air conditioner in the living area was leaking water all over the floor. The rubbish bins were already full when we arrived but they were emptied the following day after our arrival.
Summary: Great place for a quiet family holiday but best if you have a car to get around more easily.

Negative: No privacy for main two bedrooms. Drainage issues and privacy in Bathrooms. Pool was not heated. Pool filter was turned off after 5pm
Summary: If had more privacy for bedrooms would be nice. But overall okay experience for money

Positive: An amazing place! The photos are exactly what you get. The house was perfect for our family (2 bedrooms have ensuites and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and there is also a separate toilet) and the view from the back deck over the golf course onto the mountains was spectacular. All the bedrooms were comfortable and a well equiped kitchen. I have read previous comments about the BBQ, we had no issues with it (nice brekkies) and I also noticed that there was a new weber family Q about to be installed. Good communications with the host, easy drive or taxi into town and there are also local restaurants/cafes so plenty of choices. Definitely be back.
