Summary: We arrived at about 4.30pm. Disappointingly reception was closed & manned remotely. This was fine for access to rooms but we'd planned to talk to reception staff about trip bookings etc. as per the service offered in various promotional material. Summary: We enjoyed the stay and the foxtel too. The swimming pool was just outside our door and we purchased some salad and steak and used the electric bbq then sat on our veranda eating our dinner.

Summary: While our stay was pleasant, we were disappointed with some of the customer support. We appreciated that the maintenance staff may be short handed but as guests we anticipate friendly & courteous responses. Therese at reception was delightful. Spa voucher was an excellent VIP bonus.
