2 Bedroom Condo in Hampstead

This second floor condo is conveniently located in Hampstead's Pointe Villas. Near Topsail beach. We are about 16 minutes from the beach. It is spacious and beautifully furnished, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with washer and dryer. We offer all the amenities. It sleeps 6 comfortably; two queen beds and a queen air mattress, featuring sky lights and a bright & spacious layout for all your needs and comfort. Enjoy the beautiful setting from the screened in porch if you want a little rest and relaxation, with access from the master bedroom and living room.
We have great accommodations for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and military personnel. There are a variety of activities to see and do, like the Battleship North Carolina, Azalea Festival, and Wrightsville Beach.
This condo does not have a pool available. Children over 12 recommended.

We are conveniently located minutes from Topsail Island, Surf City Beach, and walking distance to Belvedere golf course. An opportunity to be close to a public boat launch 7 miles away, beaches and 20 minutes from the city of Wilmington, 20 miles from Wilmington airport, 30 minutes to UNCW and 36 minutes from Jacksonville. Camp Lejeune is about 30 minutes away.

Summary: It was ok, beds comfortable but no curtains and broken blinds. Very hard to sleep in a light room!no towels in bathroom. We finally found towels in a closet.

Summary: I recently had the pleasure of staying and I defintely recommend it for couples or smalll families. The units is spacious and comfortable, though the kitchen cabinetry & counters are likely original and a bit outdated. One of the highlights was the screened-in back balcony/porch overlooking the serene landscape—perfect for reading while the sun sets. The location is nestled in a quiet area, yet just a short drive away from the beautiful beaches. I really appreciated the nearby walking trails and parks, which made it easy to complete our daily 5-mile morning walk. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. If we return to the area, we'll definitely try to stay here again.

Summary: Condo is great value for money, in a quiet location on a golf course. The unit is spacious, well furnished and many stater items, dish soap, laundry soap etc, appreciated. One bed is firm the second bed softer all bedding in good repair and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and appliances in good working order. Communication with owner was pleasant and timely to resolve minor issues. Would recommend this unit without hesitation.
