Positive: We stayed in the Peterkin 3 bedroom apt which was modern and extremely spacious. The kitchen was terrific, and it was really appreciated that it was well equipped for a change, unlike a lot of places. There was enough parking easily for 2 cars inside the garage and for our other car in the driveway. The manager was there to settle us in and was very welcoming and helpful. It was super clean and had lots of little touches to make it comfortable. There was a huge amount of storage, including in the bathrooms. The balcony was very large, overlooking the creek and bush which was nice. It had a large table and comfortable chairs. Being at the end of the apartments, we were sheltered from any noise from the main road so it was no problem, and it quietened at night anyway. The main ensuite and walk in robe were very generous and excellent, and the design of the second bathroom with a separate toilet and another vanity outside the main one, made it very helpful for a group getting ready for a wedding. It is out of town a bit but we were attending a wedding nearby, so for us it was very convenient. It is also within short walking distance across the road to some very nice cafes, set in lovely surroundings.
Negative: The only thing we could fault this apartment for is the lack of ventilation in all three bedrooms which have no external windows. You rely on internal windows for light and fresh air. It is an odd design and made for a couple of restless night's sleep. It would not be an issue for the back 2 bedrooms for young children who wouldn't notice or care though. Maybe having lockable flyscreens on the front balcony would assist at night to try and get some air into the area between the balcony and the main bedroom internal windows.
Summary: A lovely apartment, generous and well serviced.
