We are now renting out our newly renovated 3-room apartment in the heart of the three-country corner - Germany - Switzerland - France
Our brand new, very quiet apartment was furnished with love and taste by us. The 85sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. There is a parking lot directly in front of it. It has three rooms and a very nice, covered patio, right in front of the kitchen. Of course, our extensive garden can also be used. Garden furniture and deck chairs are ready for you.
The two comfortably furnished bedrooms are furnished with a double bed / box spring bed (180 x 200cm) - a cot is available if required.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, refrigerator, coffee pad machine and all the necessary kitchen appliances.
There is a Swedish stove in the living room, which creates an idyllic, homely atmosphere in winter.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and has a window.
All in all, the apartment is very comfortably and tastefully furnished, located on the edge of Heitersheim, in a very quiet and idyllic location. It has WiFi, two HD TVs (in the living room and bedroom, one with NETFLIX), parquet and stone floors.
Bed linen, shower and towels are provided.

Summary: Traum’s appartment is a wonderful accommodation with everything you need in the kitchen and confortable beds. The garden is amazing, our children enjoyed the trampoline and the swimming pool. Heitersheim is also a nice and quiet city, among the vineyards, with some nice restaurants. I strongly recommend.

Summary: We loved staying in Andrea and Rolf’s apartment. They were so friendly before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The garden was amazing, such a great space for enjoying the pool and outside dining area. We found the location fine for travelling to the beautiful Black Forest sights and attractions.

Summary: Andrea and Rolf are the kindest and most helpful hosts ever. They are true gems. Their apartment is cozy and full of all the comforts of home. Everything is newly renovated, so clean, and modern. There was a sweet personalized card and flowers waiting for me and my French Bulldog pup upon arrival. Heitersheim has history to explore, restaurants, cafes, local shops, and a few grocery stores to choose from. The apartment is nestled near a vineyard you can walk in and close to a walking path that follows a stream through town. The apartment is a wonderful base to explore the Black Forest, cathedrals/castles, Roman ruins, vineyards, museums, and hiking in the region. We hope to come back one day soon to stay again!

Summary: We had a wonderful 2 month stay! Andrea, Rolf and Julia were the perfect hosts. We loved being welcomed with fresh flowers and bottle of wine! The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. We immediately felt right at home and had no problems with not being able to speak German. The yard was definitely a plus and we had a lovely patio to sit outside. We wanted a home base for exploring southern Germany and eastern France and the Black Forest. We were also close enough to go to Switzerland and part of Austria. We loved being in Heitersheim and being able to walk to wineries and restaurants. Also really enjoyed our nightly walks through the vineyards which are literally across the street. Would definitely go back when we get a chance!!

Summary: Despite arriving much later than expected, Andrea and Rolf were very accomodating. The airline had mislaid our cases and they were very kind in lending us essential items and were extremely friendly. On arrival, some lovely touches were added such as fresh flowers and even a Union Jack flag! The apartment itself is immaculately clean and it has everything you need. It is also in a great location to explore local attractions such as Europa Park. While staying at the apartment you have full use of the garden and outdoor (covered) seating area. The owners are lovely people who live above the apartment. While they are very respectful of your privacy, they are easy to contact should you need to. We had a wonderful time and when we visit Germany again, will definitely stay there again.

Summary: We traveled from the USA and arrived to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a welcome to Germany card. The apartment was comfortable and homey for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The family was there when we needed anything, as they live upstairs. They were very respectful of our privacy. The location is quiet and provides for easy access to nearby towns. There was ample room for everyone to have their space in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. We found the amenities to be perfect and did not have to do without any of the comforts of home. Immaculate beyond most places we have stayed using VRBO. If and when we visit Germany again, we will definitely look to stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.
