You’ll have access to 6 main bedrooms and a convertible sofa bed in the living room.

We also have 2 roll-away beds. There’s enough room for the babies, the kids, the adults, and the grandparents.

Summary: This is a unique property that is perfect for a family reunion and for cooking a big meal together. Kitchen has EVERYTHING and beautiful appliances. TWO convection ovens and gas grills, full size freezer in addition to large refrigerator. Perfect for a group of 12 to 14. Wonderful hosts!

Summary: What a wonderful property! The hosts have thought of everything and even made themselves available to help with a grocery delivery that showed up late while we were at a rehearsal dinner. Doug is a fantastic host. If you’re doing a wedding (like we were) or just visiting this place has all the space while still keeping everyone connected! Loved it and so will you!

Summary: We had 20 people Stay in this house mixed with adults and kids and it was the perfect size. There was room for everyone. The owners of this property welcomed us when we arrived to do a walk through and let me mention we showed up at 1:00am because we had a detour. They were very quick with responses and great people! Summary: Great house for a large family reunion. We made a lovely Thanksgiving dinner with this fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need and then some! Wonderfully large dining room seats 12 around the table easily. Loads of lovely dish ware and glassware to have a formal and festive family dinner. Every room is comfortable and spotless. Host was terrific!! Highly recommend for a large adult group.

Summary: The house was everything that we expected except the downstairs that owner had access to. It kind of felt like we were being watched and the son living next door but it was fine because we weren't doing anything wrong. Overall the area and house itself was nice

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place to stay that would be comfortable for a large group of out of town family members. The house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice place to gather and visit while we prepared for the big day. The house was well stocked and the Bailey family was most accommodating. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this house for others.
