Duplex pool home!! Perfect for large groups or families traveling together. The main 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 8. The attached 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest suite sleeps 4. Each unit has its own private fenced in yard that unlocks to give both units full pool access. Washer and Dryer in each unit. 2 kitchens, 2 Propane grills, outdoor shower, sun lounge, picnic table. 4K Smart TVs in every room, FREE Netflix and Wi-Fi.

The main home, guest apartment driveway and both private fenced in yards. No garage access.

We recommend having a vehicle but there are many options to get around easily if you do not. Ride sharing services Uber, Lyft and Taxi are readily available. The Jolley Trolley is also available in limited areas. The tourism information center is located in the parking lot at Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach.
The Host Services/Reservation Contract is effective and fully enforceable at the time the reservation is confirmed. All guests additionally agree to all House Rules. All Rules are strictly enforced clauses of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. In addition to all other terms and rules, the following House Rules apply to all reservations:
-Government-issued identification is required for check-in.
-Signed rental agreement required for check-in.
-The booking age limit is 25 and the booking individual must be present for the reservation.
-No Pets
-Maximum occupancy of 12 people.
-Quiet Time 10:00pm-7:00am per city ordinance
-No unapproved visitors or unregistered guests
-Children must be monitored while swimming.
-No parking or driving on grass.
-Do not block or obstruct security camera.
-Do not unplug Wi-Fi or home monitoring devices.
-Report any damages, water leaks, or issues immediately upon check-in, or when issues occur.
-No glass in the pool or pool area.
-Rinse off sunscreen prior to entering the pool. Sunscreen oils can clog or damage the pool equipment.
-Do not add any products to the pool. The pool is maintained weekly
-Do not sit on furniture while wet.
-No sunscreen or oils in the beds. Sunscreen oil stains the sheets and they will need to be replaced.
Any violation of the house rules will result in a $500 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit. In addition to the fees and forfeiture, a Violation may also result in cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. A cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract means the Guest is no longer a guest and must vacate the property immediately. This cancellation will not result in a refund of any unused portion of the reservation. The Host, or his agent, will notify you by message in your inbox with instructions to vacate the property and such other instructions as may be necessary. These instructions to vacate the property shall be enforced through notification to local law enforcement that your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled. Your continued presence on the property after this notification may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. See Chapter 810, Florida Statutes. Once your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled and you have been notified to vacate the property, local law enforcement may forcibly remove you, charge you with a crime, arrest you, or give you a notice to appear in court for trespassing.

Summary: The property was just what we needed! We had teenagers and adults and having the duplex it worked perfectly. Pool was warm, and clean! Host was very quick to reply for the few questions I had. We will be back. Short drive to Clearwater beach. Perfect location-close enough if you want to go to beach and far enough to be away from traffic.

Summary: This home is a for sure return. This is our second time here and everything was as expected, clean comfortable fun. Chairs and umbrellas were a plus. The pool area is perfect for not only swimming, it’s great for relaxing and bbq. Our age ranged from six to 59 and every one was happy. The host is a great communicator Happy to have had an awesome host.

Summary: We were in Clearwater for my grandma’s birthday and Easter. The property was a comfortable size for 7 adults and the pool area was very nice to hang out. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The management company was very responsive and helpful with questions we had. A few cons of the property - The bathroom towels could use some updating as they’re very thin. Additionally, the supplies in the house were very minimal…we stayed for a week and ran out of paper products (tissues, paper towels, toilet paper) and needed to buy more. The kitchen is outfitted with lots of cookware, but sparse on products like condiments, which is to be expected but a nice to have for guests. Lastly, the house is in a neighborhood right by an airfield, so during the day it can get noisy with air traffic. Overall the house met our needs for what we were looking for.

Summary: Main house Needs a deep clean. The shower in master bath: faucets loose, hard to turn off and on, ants in shower. The pool company lacked professionalism as they were rude and short with us. We’re on vacation, not in the office back home working. Guest House In need of a deep clean: sticky substance on the wall that spilled down on the floor. Patio door was leaning against the home in the outdoor area, not on the door. Shower liner was oversized making it uncomfortable to shower. Need a floor mat in the shower to avoid a slip and fall. We were fine but if someone older stayed you might have any issue. Someone needs to adjust the toilet as it doesn’t stop running in time causing a slow leak out of the toilet handle. Washer and dryer worked great and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and patio area but disappointed with the lack of care in regard to the garden areas as in plants and landscaping. The location was less than desirable and not inline with what the rental indicated on VRBO. Overall we enjoyed our stay but disappointed that the pictures did not match how the place felt. We appreciate your quick response with our questions though out our stay and are glad we could increase the heat on the pool as it was a great improvement.

Summary: Well suited and comfortable for family Thanksgiving. Pool was success for younger ones, and adults enjoyed the screened in porch. Would have preferred standard cable service for Thanksgiving sports.

Summary: This home had more to offer than expected. This home has everything you need plus some. Beaches are close by…… with the beautiful backyard pool area it’s a super plus. My family and I where a group that ranged from age 3yrs old to 58yrs. And everyone enjoyed it. Thanks for the extras like cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas. And pool shower was also a plus. I have to say the deco was beautiful. I highly recommend this home. Definitely will return. Once again thank you from the whole Familia.
