Positive: Very friendly staff was upgraded from a King to a King suite no charge and without even asking. Room was clean

Positive: Clean and warm. Bed was comfy.

Negative: Mat at front entrance was too small so socks got wet from wet floor from snow. Very little space for toiletries in bathroom. Need a mirror in main area. Only mirror was in the bathroom which makes it hard for more than one person to get ready. Snack and drink machines were broken so I had to go out to get food and drinks.
