Summary: It was okay, but no action was taken regarding the kids making a lot of noise in the corridor: they were playing hockey, running, and screaming. It was loud enough for the administration to hear. And the need to change the shower curtain is due; it smells bad. During the night, the smell was noticeable

Summary: Great family stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a nice touch with good variety. A big thank you to Umar at the front desk—very friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our visit. He was always ready to help with anything we needed. His warm and professional attitude truly made a difference in our experience. Whether it was helping us with directions, suggesting local spots, or assisting with any requests, Umar went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Highly recommend for a family trip!

Summary: It could have been better and breakfast was not up to the mark and no buffer time provided. House keeping was literally noisy and they kept clearing items while people were still eating and had no basic etiquette to check if they need anything before they were taken and moved. Even the rooms were not bright with sufficient lights and house keeping did not bother to keep towel supply though there were no towels in the room.

Summary: it always took two flushes to flush the toilet. The curtains had missing pieces on. It could not close the curtain properly other than that oh one more thing the shower had no pressure on it almost burnt my arm off. It could’ve been a lawsuit. Other than that it was OK I guess.
