Summary: The place was dirty and had holes in the walls. The whole room smelled like cigarettes and our microwave wasn’t working so I told the front desk and the guy yelled at me for not telling them sooner meanwhile I just entered the room

Summary: My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that it did not match the glossy pictures advertised. The room was filthy, with blankets that were riddled with cigarette holes, and the overall atmosphere felt alarmingly unsafe. Then, in the dead of night at 1 AM, our toilet erupted with a torrent of water, flooding the floor. We rushed to the lobby in a panic, only to be met with indifference. The staff refused to offer any help—no refund, no room change, not even a few extra towels to clean up the mess. The chaos was left unattended, a glaring testament to their negligence. It makes me wonder if the rooms are cleaned at all. This was truly a distressing experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
