Summary: Room with water view but impossible to see through dirty windows. Terrible breakfast. Need deep cleaning and renovation.

Summary: This Inn is in a great location with lovely views. The owner is a very friendly & nice guy, it looked to us like he is in the process of renovating the property and is doing a good job. The thing that is letting it down is the breakfast , it was of poor quality and the breakfast room isn't very welcoming. This has all the makings of a great place once a few things are tweaked.

Summary: The motel was in a good location. Just a short drive from the newfoundland ferry. It definitely needs some updates. I had to use a paper clip to keep the curtain together. The staff was friendly; the breakfast was tasty. I enjoyed being awakened by the low moan of a fog horn.

Summary: We were met as soon as drove in. Due to the weather. They had the lights on for us. The property is dated but clean .

Summary: The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the front desk was pleasant. However, there was no heat on in the room and even after 3 hours it was still freezing. In general, it felt like they were not equipped to be open in the winter.

Summary: This is an older resort and it appears the owners are investing in upgrading the property. New fridge, microwave and a great tiling job in the bathroom. Things aren't perfect, but it is obvious the effort is being made and I hope it pays off and business increases.
