Positive: A very good hotel with very friendly staff. I highly recommend it if you want a quiet place to relax and enjoy a very nice beach.

Negative: What ruined the whole experience was that on the last night the air conditioner worked for 5–10 minutes and then switched off. Since we were the only guests, there was only one girl there, and she didn’t know what to do.

Summary: A peaceful resort with a beautiful sandy beach.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful location right on a gorgeous beach with amazing views of the sunsets. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. They organised our trips to the Gigantes islands and transfers to the airport.

Positive: The staff was very attentive and helpful. Having a three wheel larger sized trike available to uses for a small fee was helpful. Free breakfast although not that satisfying. Peaceful and relaxing most of the time. Buy fresh fish in the morning from local fisherman and charcoal cooking them on their grills. If your goal was a visit to Gigantes Island (we did not go), the resort was a good, relatively low cost alternative. If you love being part of a dog rescue project, a perfect choice!

Negative: Disappointed in room that was assigned. Booked almost a year in advanced when that room wasn’t shown in the properties over 150 pictures. Those pictures alluded to food buffets and TVs but room did not have a TV and the buffets were guests bringing own food. It’s on a beach front but, it’s a fishing beach and not that good for swimming. No shared guest kitchen facilities only a cafe menu of good food but, small portions and higher prices. Dogs. Lots of them. In the trash at night. Hovering over you while you eat. On your patio table overnight. You might not notice much on a one or two night stay but, over a two week period? Salt water in the bathroom when their laundry is doing their wash. Rules that seem to appear out of thin air for everything. Even with all that, we walked away happy for the experience but would probably never want to repeat it.
