1 Br efficiency nautical themed with queen bed and pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower. Beautiful balcony over looking the pool. Laundry room located on property. 2nd story condo. Flat screen TV with dvd. Short 2 minute walk to the beach. Many outdoor grills located on property. This condo is located on scenic 30A with short walks to many shops and restaurants. Bike and chair/umbrella rentals available. No Cleaning fees:). I live close by and clean it myself.

Summary: This is a perfect location and very clean. It’s a 5 minute drive from Seaside and a 5 minute walk to the nearest public beach access. The host Teri was very friendly and always responded quickly. Very clean & the perfect setup. We will definitely be returning.
