Summary: Great communication with host, nice quiet neighbourhood that was a quick drive to Queenstown, clean property. A couple of small issues with the outside furniture that was communicated to the host. Overall great place and even a friendly neighborhood cat. Took our dog too.

Summary: You stay here for the spa and balcony. The property is incorrectly listed as 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Instead it is only 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. The shower leaks and needs a new hose, and the bathroom ceiling is mouldy. The paint is peeling, there are holes and dents in the walls and the house was very dusty. The beds were very low to the ground and my pillow had a few hairs on it when we arrived. The second bedroom has minimal natural light and is very dark without the lights turned on. The approx 62 mirrors are definitely an acquired taste and choice of decor. The kettle has calcified with white flakes floating so we had to use a pot to boil water for hot drinks. Also one of the burners on the stove doesn't work and there are kitchen items over 2 years expired left in the pantry. Be aware there are two flights of external steps which aren't super easy to navigate in the wet or while carrying luggage. Also note the drier doesn't have ventilation so the house becomes very damp during use. The washing machine is very handy to have after a trip to the snow but is a little small. The fire was very warm. And the hosts recommendation booklet was extremely thorough. We enjoyed a fantastic brunch out based on their recommendations. The spa is lovely on a cold night, however the host does not provide additional towels for spa use.

Summary: Great little house , needs some maintenance work done , main bed was quite uncomfortable that my husband ended up sleeping on the couch , not the best bed for someone who is 30 weeks pregnant . The kettle had paint flakes coming off on the inside and the heat pump makes an odd noise but probably just needs a service small things but would make a big difference. The property was very clean and tidy fire was amazing and so was the luxury of having the hot tub. Thanks for having us to stay

Summary: The property is in a great location, slightly out of town, but only minutes by car into the main city. The townhouse is very funky and had everything we needed. Great deck area. We were given the incorrect code for access, hence the poor rating on check in. The property has been rented for over 10 years and could do with a refresh and a good clean. Cigarette burns in the carpet. Could be amazing with a little TLC.

Owner is super friendly and been great when contacted for answering any of our questions leading up to and during stay. Highly recommend this property. Summary: Great location as our preference was to stay a little out of town. Quiet surroundings, and very easy access with a car to Queenstown, Arrowtown, Coronet Peak etc.
