Positive: Everything! I am 60+ and I took my daughter to Australia for her 30th bday so, you can imagine we have different things that we wanted and we both loved the apartment. In short - Wendy the host was extremely helpful prior to the trip with details of things to do, communicated with us when we were on our way and met us in the rain to give us keys and get settled and was very helpful during the visit. Warm and welcoming apartment with high end kitchen, three large great bedrooms all with walkouts to secluded decks with trees perfect for one person or a family. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever was needed and it reminded me of visiting my mom and her having special things waiting for you to make you feel welcome and at home. It was a wonderful experience.
Negative: It was great nothing I didn’t like.

Positive: Wendy went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay comfortable. She provided a cheese and salami platter, olives and grapes on top of ample breakfast provisions. Her place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony catching the breeze and observing the kookaburras. Parking was readily available close by. We loved the location.
Negative: The lack of air conditioning and not enough fly screens. The days we stayed were warm ( high 20’s) and the apartment really heated up. The fans helped. Fly screens on more of the windows/ glass doors would have been useful to cool the place down at night ( and not let the bugs in).
Summary: Overall, a great value stay in a terrific location.

Positive: Treetops is in an excellent location, so we could catch buses and ferries with ease. Wendy was amazing throughout our booking process and stay. We arrived to a delicious cheese platter and a well-stocked fridge and general grocery cupboard. There were even some special treats! Wendy was also so helpful with hints on where to go and the best way to get there. We had such a lovely stay and believe we were lucky to choose Treetops as our accommodation.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Treetops for our family of 5 over 3 nights. Delighted to find some provisions on our arrival, and Wendy went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We were out for long days and it was a lovely quiet apartment to come back to for relaxing in the evenings, and importantly plenty of hot water for 5 of us to shower! Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, 3 comfortable double beds - we were very happy with everything.
