Positive: The room was lovely & comfortable & views were pretty. The bed was super comfy. It was easy walking distance to the Edge for a quality coffee & food. Just far enough out of town to not get too much noise, but close enough to be able to walk around Montville. The breakfast supplied probably wasn't enough for the 3 days we'd booked. It may have stretched to 2 mornings at a push.
Negative: The driveway was steep & the assigned parking spot for the 2nd cabin in was on the same angle as the driveway, which was a little scary when parking. So if you have a questionable handbreak, I definitely don't recommend it! To do a 3 Point turn at the bottom of the drive way was also a little meh. The driveway was a little slippery & we slipped wheels a couple of times trying to get up it. Was difficult as well to navigate when another car came down it, as its only wide enough for 1 car at a time. The room wasn't very suitable for getting ready at for our wedding, the afternoon lighting (and actual lights in the room) was terrible for Hair & Make Up, as well as for our photographer. Both professionals made it work, but the best lighting was basically right next to the sunken spa bath, which was a bit nervewrecking to have them work next to. Also wouldn't recommend if you have trouble climbing in & out of a bath, as the spa was quite low & could be a little slippery after a shower.
Summary: Beautiful cabin & view, but not suitable for wedding prep.

Positive: The view, the hamper and the room were all as we expected. Everything was clean and tidy.
Negative: We didn't not like anything but maybe supplying an umbrella would be handy as we tried a few places to buy one and no where had any.
