Positive: the location is out of the town but this is not a problem as parking was easy in the property

Negative: the outside steps to access the property are made from boxsteel and therefore see through, not a problem for most but definitely for some

Positive: Stayed before, great location for trips in to Manchester, Liverpool or Hebden Bridge, always clean, Hosts are always friendly, beds very comfy, the entire place has everything you'd ever need for a great stay.

Negative: In the wrong place for me.. Overall looking from the front ov the building looks grim and not very inviting. Veranda needs some class ov boarding out so u can sit out with a cuppa and enjoy listening to the bird singing..
