Positive: Service at the reception could not be better. No strict check in and check out times.

Negative: A bit expensive as it is out of the season. Everything was closed as it was out of season (we knew that beforehand)

Positive: Fantastic location with beautiful view and ability to explore by the area by rental boat. The upper swimming pool with cover for the kids was an ok temperature, just warm enough to swim for the kids. The apartment had a beautiful view from the balcony, was clean and spacious. Cosy couch and well equipped kitchen.

Negative: The staff was not really helpful or friendly. They initially couldn't find our booking and although they eventually solved the issue, they left us waiting at the counter without explaining what was going on with two little kids. When inquiring about the rental boats, they simply told us to look at the website.
