Positive: The location was fantastic with great access to coastal paths, local beaches and the privacy the walled garden afforded was great. The games room and "Glass Shed" outside dining area were great. The large kitchen table accommodated 9 guests for our stay with ease and would manage an extra 3 people without problem. Parking was plentiful for the number of guests the house can accommodate. Instructions to find the property initially were clear and thorough. All in all a nice house, a great location and if I was returning to Pembrokeshire for more adventures I'm a group of 10+ I'd happily return.

Negative: A few areas for improvement although this may come across as nitpicking it isn't intended that way as well really enjoyed our stay. The sofas in the two lounges were leather and are just cold and uncomfortable. Although this may be due to it being a dog friendly?? house they just weren't very comfortable. There didn't appear to be any ability to turn the heating on independently of getting in touch with the host. We did lots of outdoors activities and needed to dry gear consistently but weren't able to do this easily. Some of the wooden work surfaces in the kitchen were tired and had lots of black marks around the sink and other areas that get wet. The ceiling in the master bedroom appeared to be suffering from a damp problem, possibly due to an issue with the roof tiles which was causing paint to flake off and fall on to the bed. General cleaning - the owners have been a bit let down by the cleaners they use. There's lots of wooden beams in this property particularly in the master bedroom and they were covered in cobwebs the blind for the window closest to the bed looked like it had never been opened as this was again full of dust and cobwebs. Not the end of the world and not the owners fault just a bit annoying as a guest.

Positive: There was ample space for all of us (6 kids age range 8-16; 4 adults and 3 dogs). The walled garden was also great as the dogs could run around off leads and the heated summer room with dining table was idyllic for morning coffee and chats. The beach was easy walking distance from the house (we never got back in the car after arriving). The house was cosy and having firewood supplies was really a nice touch as we lit the fireplace in the kitchen each morning and enjoyed the fire ring outside twice during our stay. Two living rooms was also a bonus so the kids and adults could have a little space when needed.

Summary: Great space for our large group and dogs. Great communication from owners. 100% reccomendation!

Positive: Everything was there that we needed plus extras for cooking, cleaning, entertaining, …games, crockery, cooking equipment, fire needs. House is big enough that was could all have our own space and also sit altogether for games, dinner and films. X

Negative: There were no issues at all!

Summary: Absolutely perfect location, house is so fully equipped in thoughtful and practical ways. It really was top notch !

Positive: We were a party of 10 (6 adults and 4 children aged 9 to 14) and the property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! The games room included Snooker, Foosball, Table tennis, darts, outdoor Jenga amongst many others, and there were countless board games, movies and books to keep us occupied. The owners really have thought about everything. The neighbours were lovely too and complimented our stay. It was a short walk to the beautiful Whitesands bay and we had beautiful weather during our stay too. We managed to have a BBQ in the middle of April too, and utilsed the beautiful outdoor dining area/glass room for quite a few of our meals.

Negative: Nothing at all. The owners were a message away at all times and promptly answerend any questions we had!

Summary: Absolutely fantastic cottage, had everything we need for a party of 10 and more! We will be back!
