Positive: The location is perfect. The apartment has 4 floors, on the top you have a terrace from where you can see the city center. It`s actually ca. 3.6 km to the city center and you can cover it by foot (we actually tried). The terrrace has also a BBQ option. In the apartment you have all the amenities you could wish. You have the grocery store, a craft beer pub and a stadium nearby.
Negative: Understanding where to park, was a bit of a nightmare. The customer service (the company called Evolve) was the worst one we had during this 2-week trip (fortunatlely enough the apartment itself was super). They had to send a separate e-mail with the door code and instructions. This didn`t come, even on the day before. Then we got a message from Evole - that the owner couldn`t reach me. I guess that he/she was just incapable of using e-mail or phone or the company (Evolve) didn`t share my contacts with the owner - maybe she should change the company then. My mobile phone was on all the time, no contact via e-mail or phone. Then finally. at the day of our arrival, when I was quite angry at the service the e-mail came with the wrong door code (had to try the different codes, the wrong one was initially the one which opened the door).

Positive: The space was comfortable and enough room for our family of four. The extra amenities in the townhouse were appreciated.
Negative: While we appreciated the free parking when it was available, we got a parking ticket for parking across the street during a banned date and time. The sign was at the far end of the street and facing away, we did not think we needed to check signs so far away. We realize the property gave general warnings to read signs, but we would really have had to walk around the neighborhood to understand them all.

Negative: let’s just say Most people don’t always come to Denver for the cannabis but for the ones who are coming this would not be the place . due to cold weather it sucked having to smoke outside. and had someone to close the garage “it’s not open to guess”
