Positive: My stay at TRIBE Phnom Penh Post Office was excellent and perfectly suited for exploring the city. The location is truly outstanding – very central, with most major sights within walking distance, including the Royal Palace. Being directly located on the Mekong adds a special touch and makes the setting even more impressive. The hotel is very modern and stylishly designed, with a fresh and contemporary atmosphere throughout. One of the highlights is the rooftop bar, which offers a breathtaking view over the Mekong River – especially beautiful at sunset. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful at all times, making the stay smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Negative: They don't clean daily or if they do they don't clean the bathroom though. Some defects in the design of the rooms like trying to be too modern by losing functionality of some equipment in the room

Positive: The location was a walking distance to the night market and many other tourists attraction site. Very clean friendly staff 👌. They exceeded my expectations and the rooftop bar views were everything
Negative: They use very strong perfume on the reception and common area not bad but if you have asthma or some allergies just always have a mask.

Positive: " I had a fantastic stay at Tribe! The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the staff were clearly experienced and highly helpful. I was especially impressed by their professionalism, when I reported a broken TV in my room, they replaced and reconnected a new unit within just five mins. While the room was a bit small, it was well-designed and the bed provided a great night's sleep. A major highlight was the rooftop bar and restaurant, which offers an amazing view and a great atmosphere. Breakfast was also excellent with a nice variety of choices. I will definitely be staying here again!'

Positive: Great location, facilities and attentive staff. 10 minutes walk to Central Market and Royal Palace. Rooftop bar had an excellent view and great cocktails and snacky food. Room was smaller than other hotel options available but designed well so it felt really comfortable. They upgraded us to a balcony room with a pool view so that was a bonus!

Positive: The bed was very comfortable and the best pillows! The linens were very good quality and the room was perfectly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had lots of options so I think all tastes and needs could be met. The food was fresh everyday with different fruit options, various egg options with everything for a traditional English breakfast or a traditional European breakfast - probably American too as they had pancakes and bacon :) I really enjoyed the location of this hotel as it is easy walking distance to the heart of the action (bars, restaurants, night market - 5 minutes) and in a nice part of the town, it is close to the temple and also looks like an old French quarter - also Starbucks is over the road in the newly refurbished Post Office building (beautiful) and was great to start my day with a coffee before having my delicious buffet breakfast.
Negative: About half way through my stay they did run out of dairy milk alternatives at breakfast and did not get any more for the remainder of my stay - so no cereal for me :)
