Positive: The food exceeded our expectations. So did the hospitality. They also gave dog treats and amenities which was a first for us.
Negative: Too many bugs in the area. Bring bug spray.

The meals were not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Each dish showcased attention to detail in flavour and presentation, enhancing the overall dining experience. The service was attentive, and the ambiance perfectly complemented the food's quality.
Negative: One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the deck area overlooking the lake. Adding Muskoka chairs and a small table would create a more welcoming and comfortable space for guests to relax and take in the beautiful lake view. It would be a simple yet impactful addition to elevate the overall guest experience.

Positive: The nature, the staff, and the restaurant
Negative: There is no EV charger The fireplace did not work and it was too cold The mattress was too bad There was no facility to reach the hot tub and the Sauna, even with no hanger The Sauna was not warm enough to use There was no technician to fix the fireplace The floor was too cold
Summary: I think it would be good for summer time, but I don't recommend it for the winter time.

Negative: Chalets are getting a bit dated, needs updated amenities like kitchenette, mini fridges etc. spa services are hard to book on weekends due to staffing.
